Club Governance

The Fort Worth A&M Club is governed by the Club’s Board of Directors, which is comprised of officers and directors. The Board serves as the policy-making body of Club and is also the representative forum for the membership in all matters relating to the Club. The Club is represented on the Association of Former Student’s Leadership Council via the Club’s President.

The Board is elected annually, with elections conducted in November. Board members are nominated for specific positions via the Club’s Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee begins meeting in October of each year to put together a slate of proposed officers/directors. Officers and Board members are nominated due to their volunteer/leadership involvement with the Club.

The Board conducts meetings on a monthly basis. Please contact a board member if there is an issue that you wish to have discussed/reviewed.
